Nashville to Deadwood Part III: Sioux Falls to Deadwood

Here's the 3rd and final installment of my time lapse video from Nashville, TN to Deadwood, SD.    If you haven't seen the first two videos, you can find part one here and part two here.

On the final leg of the trip, we leave Sioux Falls, SD on a clear morning following a night of snowfall.   We then proceed to cross the entirety of the state for over six hours, only leaving I-90 to take coffee breaks and gas up the car.

What scarce civilization looks like on the Northern Plains of South Dakota.  It was a nice and balmy 12°F/-11°C outside the car

Desolate probably doesn't give this stretch of the trip justice and as you can see in the video, traffic was few and far between.  In South Dakota, the speed limit is 80 Mph or 130 Km/h.  This is exceptionally high for the United States but in all honesty, completely merited.  The roads are flat and we would go tens of miles without having to make a single turn.

Thanks for watching my videos.  It's a lot of fun to film and put them together.  Enjoy!
